Submission of abstracts is carried out in 2 stages:

TIME LIMIT OF PRESENTATIONS:

 

Thematic reports in accordance with the technical program. Simultaneous translation into English.

Speech 10-12 minutes.

Until February 20, 2016, you must submit a brief Abstract in Russian is 200-350 words.

The abstract should include a description and the conclusions of the report, which is assigned to one of directions of the program. The abstract should not include tables, illustrations, bibliography, footnotes, references.

 

 

 

 

 

February 29, 2016 notification of conformity/non-conformity of the submitted abstracts to the technical program of the conference will be sent to authors.

 

Up to March 15, 2016 - authors, whose abstracts comply with the directions of the technical program must submit a complete abstract of the report in English.

 

March 22, 2016, confirmation for the inclusion in the conference program and provisional conference program indicating time performances will be sent to the authors who submitted full papers.

RULES FOR THE ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION

Requirements for preparing the final abstracts.

The abstract text should contain:

First line - the title – upper case letters (not all caps)

Second line - last Name, Name and Patronymic (in full) the authors of the report to a comma-separated (speaker should be underlined).

Third line – organization name (company) /full official or abbreviated name indicating the ownership/ city.

The abstract should be in MS WORD format with .doc extention.

The full abstract volume shoul not exceed 2 to 4 pages (A4), font Times New Roman size 12 pt and line spacing - 1.15. The beginning of a new paragraph should be intended 0.7 cm. Theses may include illustrations.

Requirements for the document fields: top – 2 cm, bottom and right – 1,5 cm, left – 2,5 cm

Formula should be written in the integrated editor MS Equation Editor.

Please note that the content of abstracts the organizing Committee is not edited, and the authors are solely responsible for the submitted information.

The abstracts will be included in handout materials of the conference in electronic version and will be published on the conference website. When submitting an abstract you confirm Your agreement to publish Your abstract in the conference abstract book and abstract publication on the event website and the websites of the companies of the conference organizers.
